The Cali-Mex story began with a road-trip from North America to Mexico. We became obsessed with American-style Mexican food – burritos, tacos, nachos & quesadillas – but our ultimate favorites were the light and fresh variety we found in the Golden State of California.
We only use the freshest meat and seafood from Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.A, plus fresh local vegetables from local suppliers. We prepare everything from scratch in our dedicated central kitchen every day. Then we cook it, wrap it fresh right in front of you. Nice and simple.
This passion for great quality food is at the heart of everything that comes out of our kitchens – burritos, burrito bowls, mextras, quesadillas, saladas, tacos - we believe that the simplest things in life are often the best.
